You will supervise 40 part-time merchandisers, schedule daily activity, recruit, onboard and coach staff to meet client standards, and stay hands-on in stores delivering on planograms. You will check displays, POS materials and product presentation to a high standard, while building strong retailer relationships and with internal partners.
