We are a fast-growing cold email and outbound client acquisition agency working with 50+ clients. We help B2B companies and agencies generate qualified sales opportunities through cold email, outbound systems, lead generation, campaign strategy, and appointment-setting processes. We are looking for a GTM Automation Engineer & Head of Outbound Delivery to become the technical architect and operational owner of our entire delivery engine. You will work directly with the founder to turn a high-growth agency into a structured, scalable, and predictable revenue machine.

This is a hands-on systems role for a builder, not a people manager who wants to sit in meetings and look at dashboards. You must know how to build, troubleshoot, and optimize the stack yourself. If words like JSON payloads, webhook routing, data debt, or DNS configuration aren't part of your daily vocabulary, this role is not for you.

Your Technical Stack (Must Have):

  • Data Orchestration: Clay (Advanced waterfalls, multi-source stacking, API integrations, web scraping, custom formulas, and data normalization).
  • Outbound Infrastructure: Smartlead / Instantly (Advanced domain procurement, smart rotation, DNS architecture: SPF, DKIM, DMARC, custom tracking domains, and spam filter mitigation).
  • Workflow Automation: n8n or Make (Acting as the brain connecting our CRM, scraping tools, webhooks, and routing engines).
  • CRM & RevOps: HubSpot or Pipedrive (Workflows, custom object architecture, lead scoring, and pipeline velocity tracking).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the Technical Infrastructure: Manage the setup, warming, and health tracking of hundreds of client domains and inboxes. Maintain a 95%+ deliverability rate across the entire portfolio by actively monitoring domain health and drift.
  • Lead and Automate Operations: Re-engineer messy workflows into clean, documented, and automated systems (SOPs). Eliminate human error by replacing manual spreadsheet data-entry with automated n8n pipelines.
  • Manage the Execution Team: Hold our junior data and inbox operators accountable to strict daily QA checklists (verifying variables, checking bounce rates, routing replies instantly to client AEs).
  • Build Revenue Operations Analytics: Design tracking dashboards (Looker Studio, HubSpot, or custom tools) to prove real attribution, monitoring reply intent metrics, win rates, and campaign ROI.

The Ideal Profile:

  • 2+ years of experience inside a high-volume outbound agency or growth-stage B2B SaaS company as a GTM Engineer, RevOps Specialist, or Outbound Automation Engineer.
  • You view outbound as a precision data game, not a volume game. You hate dirty lists, broken {{first_name}} tags, and misconfigured CRM data debt.
  • You are an un-bluffable operator who takes full ownership of outcomes and executes with high agency speed.

How to Apply (Mandatory Steps):

When you apply, please include:

  • A brief summary of your experience managing programmatic outbound infrastructure at scale (How many domains/inboxes have you overseen simultaneously?).
  • Your exact level of mastery with Clay and n8n/Make (Give us a real example of a complex data waterfall or automated workflow you engineered).
  • One example of an operational system or process debt you personally audited, fixed, and scaled.
