We are a fast-growing cold email and outbound client acquisition agency working with 50+ clients. We help B2B companies and agencies generate qualified sales opportunities through cold email, outbound systems, lead generation, campaign strategy, and appointment-setting processes. We are now hiring a Head of GTM Operations / Head of Delivery to own, improve, and scale the entire delivery side of the business. This is a key leadership role for someone who can manage client delivery, improve internal systems, lead the operations team, and make sure every client receives a high-quality experience and strong results. You will work directly with the founder and play a major role in turning a fast-growing, founder-led agency into a more structured, scalable company.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the full delivery process across 50+ active clients
  • Manage and improve cold email campaign operations
  • Lead the team responsible for lead generation, campaign setup, copy, inbox management, reporting, and client communication
  • Make sure campaigns are launched on time and optimized weekly
  • Improve SOPs, QA processes, internal systems, dashboards, and team accountability
  • Monitor key metrics including deliverability, reply rates, positive replies, booked calls, client satisfaction, and retention
  • Identify delivery bottlenecks and fix them quickly
  • Build a more scalable and predictable delivery system
  • Work directly with the founder to improve operations, client results, and team performance

The ideal candidate:

  • Has experience in cold email, outbound, lead generation, GTM operations, or agency delivery
  • Has managed teams before
  • Is highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
  • Can turn messy operations into clear systems and processes
  • Understands how to manage multiple clients at the same time
  • Knows how to improve campaign performance

  • Takes full ownership and can operate without constant supervision
