We're now hiring a Health & Safety Manager to support multiple major projects across Birmingham, Suffolk and Kent. This is a chance to lead from the front, influence safety culture, and embed wellbeing into every layer of delivery.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Be the go-to expert, supporting managers and site teams to meet the highest safety standards.
- Coach and guide operational teams using our Inclusion & Wellbeing engagement tools – helping everyone have a voice on site.
- Carry out assurance activities that give confidence in how effectively safety processes are working.
- Work as part of a collaborative, high-performing team on some of the most complex and exciting infrastructure projects in the UK.
What We're Looking For:
- Level 5 qualification (minimum) in a relevant subject.
- Background in civils or infrastructure projects.
- Strong technical knowledge in Occupational Health Risk Management and Safety Risk Management.
- Skilled in coaching, training, auditing, and investigations.
- Membership of a relevant professional body.
