Requirements

  • UK driving licence required.
  • Does not offer sponsorship.

  • Full-time employment.

Responsibilities

  • Proficiently undertake land/topographic and engineering surveys, using a variety of specialist equipment and technology such as robotics and 3D scanners.
  • Setting out.
  • Analyse data using plans, maps, charts and software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit/Navisworks.
  • Prepare survey drawings.
  • Earthworks quantification.
  • Liaise with site project manager and engineering team.
  • Liaise with the LOR Digital Engineering team.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Geomatics/Engineering Surveying or technical qualification (NVQ/TSA) or relevant qualifications preferred.
  • Proficiency with Leica equipment and software (3DR).
  • Experience extracting data from point clouds and CAD drafting.
  • CICES membership (member) or equivalent (desired but not mandatory).
  • Experience using Starnet.
  • Drone licence would be beneficial.
  • Cutting‑edge IT skills and confidence with new technology (Leica).
