We’re working with a high-growth adtech company scaling its UK commercial team, hiring two Senior Sales Managers to take ownership of either WPP/GroupM or Omnicom.

This business is already seeing exceptional revenue traction within WPP and is investing further to accelerate that growth, while also building out a dedicated Omnicom specialist.

The Opportunity

  • You’ll own one of the major agency groups, with responsibility for driving revenue and building senior relationships across planning, activation, and investment teams.
  • Two hires:
  • WPP / GroupM lead – scaling an already high-performing and revenue-generating patch
  • Omnicom lead – developing and expanding relationships across OMG agencies

The Role

  • Own and grow revenue across your assigned agency group
  • Build relationships across GroupM agencies (Mindshare, Wavemaker, EssenceMediacom) or Omnicom agencies (OMD, PHD, Hearts & Science)
  • Drive both new business and repeat spend
  • Manage the full sales cycle end-to-end
  • Position yourself as a trusted partner to agency stakeholders

  • Strong experience selling into either WPP/GroupM or Omnicom in the UK
  • Established agency relationships and network
  • Background in adtech, programmatic, video, CTV, or data solutions
  • Consistent track record of hitting/exceeding revenue targets
  • Highly commercial, proactive, and relationship-led
