A global leader in programmatic advertising is seeking a Senior Account Manager – Buyer Development to join its dynamic EMEA team. This company powers digital advertising across display, video, app, and CTV — helping brands, agencies, and consultancies optimise their programmatic investments through premium inventory, private marketplaces (PMPs), and data-driven campaign execution.
As Senior Account Manager, you'll work closely with major buyers to deliver high-performing campaigns, manage private marketplace deals, and strengthen long-term commercial relationships. You'll play a pivotal role in driving revenue and ensuring best-in-class partner experience in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
What You'll Do
- Build, launch, and optimise premium private marketplace (PMP) and RTG deals for key brands and agencies.
- Analyse campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve yield, efficiency, and ROI.
- Act as the operational and technical lead alongside the sales team in client meetings.
- Troubleshoot deal issues and ensure flawless campaign delivery.
- Be the main point of contact for client communications, performance updates, and product insights.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Account Management teams to deliver revenue goals.
- Deliver data-driven recommendations and performance reports to stakeholders.
What You'll Bring

- Strong understanding of the programmatic ecosystem (DSPs, SSPs, RTB, PMP, and open exchange).
