Job Description: Our Client Services team ensures the seamless delivery of campaigns and the creation of exceptional work for our clients. Acting as the central hub of campaign management, the team collaborates with internal experts and external partners to bring a brand’s vision to life. As brand guardians, Client Services plays an important role in upholding and realising our clients’ creative ambitions while staying connected to local markets. In this role, you’ll work closely with brands on end-to-end campaign execution while gaining first-hand experience within the creator economy. Full training and support will be provided by our Client Services leadership team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Management
- Lead the day-to-day execution of campaigns, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
- Manage client relationships and be the main point of contact for your accounts.
- Track and manage campaign budgets to ensure financial targets are met.
- Develop clear and inspiring creator briefs and oversee creator selection to match brand goals.
- Provide strategic and actionable insights during internal and client meetings.
- Analyse campaign performance and KPIs, delivering wrap reports with recommendations.
- Creator Management
- Source, negotiate, contract, and manage creators across multiple campaigns.
- Build and nurture relationships with creators and talent managers.
- Oversee creator communications, briefings, and content development.
- Review and feedback on creator content to ensure compliance with local guidelines, IP laws, and client expectations.
- Creative Oversight
- Ensure all creator concepts and content are on brief, accurate, and client-ready.
- Problem-Solving & Team Collaboration
- Approach challenges with proactive solutions before escalation.
- Manage, develop and mentor Direct Reports, support with career path and goal setting.
- Maintain oversight of campaign timelines, ensuring seamless delivery.
About You:
- 4+ years of experience in an agency setting, ideally within influencer marketing.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Solid knowledge of social media trends, local culture, and consumer behaviour.
- A deep understanding of influencer marketing, platforms, metrics, and benchmarks.
- Passionate about how creators reshape brand storytelling.
- Experienced in guiding and mentoring junior team members.
- Skilled at building strong client relationships with confidence.
- Highly organised and detail-oriented, with excellent project management skills.
- Commercial mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities.
