A global programmatic media and ad tech company is looking for an experienced Account Manager to join its Publisher Development team. This business powers digital advertising across display, video, app, and CTV — helping publishers unlock their full monetisation potential through market-leading technology and deep industry expertise.

In this role, you’ll manage key publisher accounts, drive revenue growth, and work closely with Business Development to maximise yield and performance across all integration types (header bidding, oRTB, server-to-server). You’ll be joining a high-performing, fast-paced environment that values creativity, innovation, and collaboration.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage a portfolio of publisher accounts, owning overall performance and revenue forecasting.
  • Drive revenue growth through new integrations, yield optimisation, and upselling programmatic and PMP solutions.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with publisher stakeholders, from day-to-day contacts to senior executives.
  • Lead QBRs, strategy meetings, and client engagement initiatives.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Support, and Buyer Development teams to resolve issues and deliver exceptional service.
  • Analyse data, identify trends, and make strategic recommendations to enhance account performance.
  • Stay informed on the latest programmatic and AdTech innovations, sharing insights with internal teams.

What You’ll Bring

  • 3–5 years’ experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or similar within programmatic media, yield optimisation, or AdTech.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with solid Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Experience working cross-functionally across multiple teams and time zones.
  • Familiarity with SSPs, DSPs, ad servers, or CRM systems is a plus.
  • French language skills highly desirable.

Why Join

You’ll be part of a forward-thinking, global organisation that values teamwork, transparency, and personal growth. The company prides itself on being customer-centric, collaborative, and innovative, creating a space where individuals thrive and evolve fast.
