We are seeking an Electronics Hardware Design Manager to join one of our clients in Oxfordshire. The business is a well funded advanced technology company designing and manufacturing highly complex equipment for the semiconductor industry.
- Leading the instrumentation team through coaching, mentoring, and developing people through regular feedback and reviews.
- Providing technical leadership to ensure high-quality, reliable instrumentation design and delivery.
- Collaborating with system architects, optics, mechanics and controls teams to ensure seamless instrumentation integration and project delivery.
- Accomplished with product lifecycle management (requirements reviewing, design reviews, engineering change, revision management).
