Leading the instrumentation team through coaching, mentoring, and developing people through regular feedback and reviews Providing technical leadership to ensure high-quality, reliable instrumentation design and delivery Collaborating with system architects, optics, mechanics and controls teams to ensure seamless instrumentation integration and project delivery Accomplished with product lifecycle management (requirements reviewing, design reviews, engineering change, revision management) Comfortable in a cross-functional matrix organisation, with experience conducting and interpreting precision measurement and characterisation testing This is an excellent opportunity to join an innovative and growing company, contributing to the development of world-leading advanced semiconductor technology.
