About The Role
We’re looking for a RevOps Systems Manager FTC 8 months to take ownership of our Salesforce CRM and integrated revenue technology stack. This is a high-impact role at the heart of our GTM organisation; you’ll be the go-to expert for systems, data, and process design across the entire lead-to-cash lifecycle. What You’ll Do
- Own and optimise Salesforce administration, workflows, automation, and reporting.
- Be the first point of contact for Salesforce issues and system governance.
- Manage integrations across our GTM tech stack, ensuring seamless experiences for commercial teams.
- Partner with vendors and technical teams to deliver stable, scalable solutions.
- Translate business requirements into structured, scalable system designs.
- Champion data quality, governance, and compliance across all platforms.
- Deliver training, enablement, and release communications to end users.
What You Bring
- Salesforce Administrator certification (advanced certifications a plus).
- Proven experience managing and optimising Salesforce in a SaaS environment.
- Strong knowledge of GTM processes and Salesforce data models.
- High proficiency with Salesforce and integrated GTM tools, especially automation.
- Excellent communicator, able to balance the needs of Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance.
- Adaptable, proactive, and results-driven in dynamic, high-growth settings.
