We’re looking for a commercially driven Renewals Manager to join our growing European team. This is a key revenue-facing role where you’ll take ownership of a portfolio of subscription customers, ensuring strong retention, minimising churn, and unlocking opportunities for growth at every renewal.

Responsibilities

  • Owning the end-to-end renewals process for a portfolio of subscription accounts
  • Managing a rolling pipeline of renewals, ensuring nothing is missed
  • Engaging customers well ahead of renewal to understand needs, reinforce value, and reduce risk
  • Leading commercial negotiations on pricing, contract terms, and multi-year agreements
  • Identifying upsell and expansion opportunities within existing accounts
  • Partnering with Account Managers and Customer Success teams to align on account strategy
  • Proactively identifying at-risk accounts and driving retention plans
  • Maintaining accurate forecasts and pipeline data within CRM systems
  • Tracking and reporting on renewal performance, churn and retention metrics
  • Continuously improving renewals processes, playbooks and tools

Qualifications

  • Experience in renewals, account management, or customer success within a DaaS, SaaS or subscription business
  • A track record of achieving retention or revenue targets
  • Confidence in handling commercial conversations and negotiations
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a high-volume pipeline
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage multiple stakeholders
  • Experience using CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) for pipeline management and forecasting
  • Experience in data, analytics, or market intelligence environments
  • Exposure to revenue operations or renewal tooling
  • Additional European language skills desirable
