Are you the kind of person who brings order, energy, and a touch of magic to every space you walk into? Do you thrive in fast‑moving environments where no two days look the same? If you love being the go‑to person who keeps everything running smoothly, this could be your next big move. We’re looking for an Office Manager who will be the face, voice, and operational engine of our UK offices. You’ll be the connector between teams, the guardian of our spaces, and the person who ensures our people have everything they need to do their best work. This is a role with real impact, spanning office operations, facilities, events, travel, and people support. If you’re proactive, organised, and love making things happen, we’d love to meet you.
What You’ll Own & Elevate
- Office Operations: You’ll keep our Holborn and Bourne End offices humming. Open and close the offices as a key holder. Keep supplies stocked, mail moving, and meeting rooms running like clockwork. Manage invoices, POs, credit cards, and reception duties. Look after company merchandise and business cards. Ensure everyone knows the essentials: keyholding, fire safety, and health & safety protocols.
- Facilities Management: You’ll be the mastermind behind safe, functional, and welcoming spaces. Oversee maintenance, refurbishments, signage, and furniture. Partner with building management on leases and office projects. Manage suppliers—cleaners, caterers, contractors, and more. Oversee fire alarms, security access, and safety compliance. Champion ESG standards across both sites.
- Health & Safety Leadership: You’ll keep our people safe and our standards high. Lead H&S inductions and ISO 27001 compliance. Conduct risk assessments, including DSE. Ensure all mandatory documentation is understood and followed.
- Travel & Events: You’ll bring our people together—locally and globally. Manage our travel portal end‑to‑end. Book domestic and international travel, including visas. Plan and deliver events—from team lunches to summer parties. Coordinate logistics to ensure every trip and event runs seamlessly.
- Team & People Support: You’ll be a trusted partner to HR, IT, and teams across the business. Support onboarding and offboarding, including RTW checks. Take notes in HR meetings when needed. Handle phone and email enquiries. Collaborate with international offices on events, signage, and ad hoc needs.
What You Bring
- Proven experience as an Office Manager, ideally across multiple sites.
- Strong facilities management and supplier coordination skills.
- Solid grounding in health & safety, including risk assessments and DSE.
- Experience managing travel portals and bookings.
- Event planning experience.
- Diary management and reception experience.
Your Skills & Superpowers
- A strong understanding of workplace safety and compliance.
- Confident with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptionally organised, proactive, and detail‑driven.
- A natural communicator who builds rapport with ease.
- Able to juggle multiple priorities without breaking a sweat.
- Flexible, adaptable, and energised by variety.
Why This Role Matters
You won’t just “run the office”, you’ll shape the experience of every person who walks through our doors. You’ll be the calm in the chaos, the organiser of all things, and the person who makes our spaces feel like home. If you’re ready to bring your spark, your structure, and your people‑first mindset to a role with real visibility and impact, we’d love to hear from you.
In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer fantastic rewards. Please note that we operate with an agile working model, allowing for remote work and occasional travel to our offices.
