We’re looking for a commercially driven Senior Account Manager to join our European team and take ownership of a portfolio of high-value, enterprise clients. This is a strategic, client-facing role focused on retention, growth and expansion, where you’ll build strong relationships, uncover commercial opportunities, and deliver long-term value for customers. Working across sectors such as food, ingredients, retail and financial services, you’ll play a key role in driving revenue performance while partnering closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. What You’ll Be Doing
- Owning and growing a portfolio of enterprise accounts, delivering against retention and expansion targets
- Building strong, multi-level relationships across customer organisations, including senior stakeholders
- Leading regular account reviews, using data and insight to demonstrate value and drive engagement
- Identifying and developing upsell and cross-sell opportunities across products and services
- Collaborating with sales, product and customer success teams to support onboarding and account growth
- Maintaining accurate pipeline and account data and providing regular revenue forecasts
- Representing the business in client meetings, events and industry engagements
- Acting as the voice of the customer internally, sharing feedback to inform product and commercial strategy
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in account management or enterprise sales within a SaaS, data or subscription business
- A track record of achieving revenue retention and growth targets
- Strong commercial awareness with the ability to link products to customer business outcomes
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence engaging at senior stakeholder level
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities
- Experience using CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) for pipeline and forecasting
- Experience in data, market intelligence or analytics environments
- Knowledge of commodities, food supply chains, or related sectors
- Additional European language skills are desirable
