We are looking for a creative and performance‐driven Email & Lifecycle Marketing Manager to help us build smarter, more engaging journeys across the customer lifecycle.

What You'll Do

  • Design and deliver automated nurture flows and targeted campaigns that guide prospects from first click to loyal customer.
  • Write and refine high‐quality, on‐brand email content that resonates and converts.
  • Own our HubSpot operations—from segmentation and tagging to testing and reporting.
  • Collaborate cross‐functionally with demand generation, content and marketing teams to ensure messaging is consistent, timely and aligned with broader campaign goals.
  • Track performance and continuously optimise based on open rates, click‐throughs, conversions and engagement metrics.
  • Champion compliance with GDPR, CAN‐SPAM and best practices in deliverability and list hygiene.
  • Lead with excellence by establishing scalable processes and sharing best practices across teams and markets.

What You Bring

  • 4+ years in B2B marketing, ideally in SaaS, DaaS or tech, with a strong focus on email and lifecycle marketing.
  • Hands‐on experience with marketing automation—HubSpot expertise is a must (certification a plus).
  • A knack for building and managing complex nurture flows and lifecycle campaigns.
  • Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills with a sharp eye for detail.
  • A collaborative spirit and experience working across fast‐paced, cross‐functional teams.
