We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Email & Lifecycle Marketing Manager to help us build smarter, more engaging journeys across the customer lifecycle. What you will do:

  • You will be the go-to expert for email and nurture programs, working closely with our demand generation, content, and marketing teams to:
  • Design and deliver automated nurture flows and targeted campaigns that guide prospects from first click to loyal customer.
  • Write and refine high-quality, on-brand email content that resonates and converts.
  • Own our HubSpot operations—from segmentation and tagging to testing and reporting.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure messaging is consistent, timely, and aligned with broader campaign goals.
  • Track performance and continuously optimise based on open rates, click-throughs, conversions, and engagement metrics.
  • Champion compliance with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and best practices in deliverability and list hygiene.
  • Lead with excellence by establishing scalable processes and sharing best practices across teams and markets.

What you bring:

  • 4+ years in B2B marketing (ideally in SaaS, DaaS, or tech), with a strong focus on email and lifecycle marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation—HubSpot expertise is a must (certification a plus).
  • A knack for building and managing complex nurture flows and lifecycle campaigns.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a sharp eye for detail.
  • A collaborative spirit and experience working across fast-paced, cross-functional teams.
