This is an EXPERIENCED, PART-TIME, on-site role for a PROPERTY MANAGER based in STOURBRIDGE. Hours flexible, by negotiation. Would suit working parent., Strong organisation, problem-solving, and time management skills - Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for tenant and client interactions
- Proficiency in property management software and familiarity with property legislation
- Experience in residential lettings/property management
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a team-oriented mindset
- A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle are beneficial
- Understanding of the local property market in the West Midlands is an advantage.
