Role Description
This is a self employed role for a Commercial Real Estate Agent, located anywhere in the UK. The Commercial Real Estate Agent will be responsible for conducting property viewings, negotiating leases and sales, marketing commercial properties, and providing expert advice to clients. Additionally, the agent will manage a portfolio of properties, establish and maintain client relationships, and liaise with relevant stakeholders including landlords, tenants, and contractors.
Qualifications
- Experience and expertise in Commercial Real Estate
- Licensed in Real Estate and experience in Brokerage
- Strong Sales skills and experience in the Real Estate industry
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Keen understanding of market trends and analytical abilities
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently
- Bachelor\’s degree in Real Estate, Business, or related field is a plus
- Knowledge of the Greater Cheshire West and Chester Area is advantageous
