For agents who want to scale faster, work more flexibly and stay in control of their own pipeline, eXp UK Commercial offers a real alternative to the traditional model.

Build your business. Keep more of what you earn. Grow with a global platform.

Role

Location:Anywhere in the UK

Employment Type:Full-time, self-employed

Sector:Commercial Property

We are looking for ambitious and experienced Commercial Real Estate Agents to join a fast-growing, modern commercial brokerage platform operating across the UK.

This is an opportunity for driven property professionals who want greater control over their business, stronger earning potential, and the support of a collaborative, forward-thinking team. You will be responsible for building your own client base, sourcing commercial listings, advising clients, and delivering an exceptional level of service across a wide range of commercial property instructions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and secure new commercial property instructions across office, industrial, retail, land and investment sectors.
  • Build and manage strong relationships with landlords, tenants, buyers, sellers and investors.
  • Carry out property valuations, market appraisals and strategic commercial advice.
  • Conduct property viewings, inspections and client meetings.
  • Negotiate terms and progress transactions through to completion.
  • Provide clients with up-to-date market intelligence and informed commercial advice.
  • Develop and maintain a strong network within the commercial property market.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and other professionals to generate opportunities and referrals.
  • Manage your own pipeline, activity and business development in a self-employed environment.

What we are looking for

  • Proven experience in commercial real estate, property brokerage or a related advisory role.
  • Strong understanding of the UK commercial property market.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • A self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and manage your own time.
  • A professional, credible and client-focused approach.
  • Existing industry network desirable but not essential for the right candidate.

What we offer

  • A self-employed model that gives you greater autonomy and flexibility.
  • The opportunity to retain a far larger share of the fees you generate.
  • Access to modern tools, support and a collaborative platform.
  • The ability to build your own personal brand within a growing commercial business.
  • Opportunities to work across the UK and connect into wider international markets.
  • A strong platform for long-term growth, business ownership and income potential.

About the opportunity

  • This role is ideal for commercial agents who are ready to take more control of their careers and earnings without being tied to the restrictions of a traditional brokerage model. If you want the freedom to build your business your way, while still benefiting from support, collaboration and a strong brand platform, this could be the right move for you.
