A growing consulting and delivery specialist is looking for a Service Delivery Manager to join their high-performing team. This organisation partners with major enterprise clients to deliver complex programmes, using a blended model of internal experts and a trusted associate community. As a Service Delivery Manager, you will play a pivotal role in enabling this vision. You’ll be at the heart of client delivery—ensuring projects land successfully, relationships thrive, and both clients and associates feel supported and empowered. This is a client-facing, people-focused role ideal for someone who enjoys leadership, structure, and relationship-building.
Key Responsibilities- Delivery Leadership: Lead the successful delivery of consulting engagements, managing scope, milestones and outcomes to ensure high-quality, timely completion. Track programme performance, analyse trends, and contribute to leadership reporting on impact, risks, and next steps. Champion delivery excellence, ensuring associates are fully supported through the engagement lifecycle.
- Client & Associate Engagement: Build strong strategic relationships with clients—understanding their goals and aligning delivery to evolving needs. Act as a trusted point of contact for associates, fostering collaboration, trust and shared purpose. Run regular check-ins with clients and associates to ensure satisfaction, alignment and early risk identification.
- Account Development & Growth: Spot opportunities to expand services across new programmes and projects. Work with sales and leadership teams to shape compelling proposals showcasing delivery capability and associate expertise.
- Service Governance & Reporting: Partner with the PMO to ensure strong governance, accurate reporting and clear communication across delivery streams. Contribute to weekly and monthly service reviews, ensuring risks, changes and performance updates are communicated effectively. Manage change requests and risk logs, ensuring escalation and resolution where required.
- Customer Success: Ensure each engagement delivers tangible value and a standout experience for clients and associates. Seek feedback continuously and embed lessons learned to drive improvement in the delivery model.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, able to engage credibly at all levels including C-suite.
