We’re hiring a Senior Recruitment Consultant who lives and breathes software engineering recruitment in the buy-side space. If you’ve got a strong network, proven billing track record, and want to step into a role with unmatched earning potential and top-tier clients, this is the one.

The Role

You’ll focus exclusively on placing high-calibre Software Engineers into elite hedge funds – real relationships, real mandates, real money. This isn’t a cold-desk situation. You’ll be supported by a business leader who’s already billed over £300k this year alone, and who gets what high-performance recruitment should look like. You’ll operate fully remotely, with autonomy, flexibility, and the chance to bill big – all while being backed by a brand with access to the best clients in the hedge fund world.

The Package

  • Base salary up to £75,000
  • Commission from 25% – 40% (no thresholds)
  • Fully remote – work from anywhere in the UK
  • Work alongside a founder who is still on the tools and leading from the front
