They are a specialist Search firm focused on the CFO and senior finance leadership market, partnering with high-growth, PE-backed and complex businesses on critical, business-shaping hires.

Due to continued growth, they are looking to hire a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join the team and build out their own desk in the CFO / senior finance leadership space. This is a true Search environment – high-value, consultative, relationship-led work, not transactional recruitment.

The Role

  • Running end-to-end Search mandates for CFO, Finance Director and senior finance leadership roles
  • Building long-term relationships with founders, CEOs, investors and boards
  • Owning and growing your own market niche within the broader CFO ecosystem
  • Working on mandates with average fees ranging from £70,000 to £150,000+
  • Developing a high-quality network of senior finance leaders

This is a role for someone who enjoys quality over quantity and wants to operate at the top end of the market.

The Person

They are open on background. You might come from:

  • Executive Search
  • Any white-collar recruitment specialism (tech, finance, legal, strategy, etc.)

What matters is that you:

  • Are already a strong biller / top performer
  • Are commercially sharp and comfortable operating with senior stakeholders
  • Can sell, influence and build credibility at C-suite level
  • Want to move into (or further into) high-value, retained / exclusive Search work
  • Are ambitious, self-directed and want to build something meaningful long-term
