Position Overview:
As a Senior Recruitment Consultant on the Fixed Income Desk, you will be instrumental in sourcing and placing top-tier professionals within roles such as credit analysts, traders, portfolio managers, and risk professionals for our hedge fund clients. Leveraging your industry knowledge and networking skills, you will match exceptional candidates with high-impact roles in the fixed income space, contributing to our clients’ success in this competitive sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hedge fund clients to understand their unique hiring needs and strategic priorities within the fixed income domain.
- Conduct targeted sourcing and outreach to identify, attract, and evaluate highly skilled fixed income professionals across credit, rates, structured products, and emerging markets.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial candidate engagement to offer negotiations and successful placements.

Requirements:
- 3+ years of 360 recruitment experience – and constantly outperforming your colleagues.
