You’re a £200k+ biller. Let’s get you to the next level. You know what you're doing. You've been smashing targets, billing over £200k a year in tech perm, and you’re wondering what’s next. More support? A clearer route to leadership? A team that actually gets how this job works? We’re after a Principal Recruitment Consultant who’s ready to level up. Someone sharp, driven, and proven – but also ready for a fresh environment that’s ambitious without the burnout, and serious without taking ourselves too seriously.

The Role (aka What You'll Actually Be Doing)

  • Running your own desk in the tech perm space (we’ve got the clients – you just need to work your magic)
  • Winning and growing accounts with top-tier clients – from buzzy startups to global names
  • Billing big – and bringing others with you as you progress
  • Having a real voice in the business (your ideas will be heard – and probably used)
  • Splitting your time between the office (3 days) and WFH (2 days) – grown‑up flexibility

What We’re Looking For

  • Solid experience in tech perm recruitment
  • £200k+ billing history – and hungry for more
  • Someone who’s got the confidence to lead from the front but isn’t a lone wolf
  • A good human – ambitious, honest, and fun to work with
  • You know your SaaS from your DevOps, and you’ve got the commercial chops to prove it

What You’ll Get

  • £45k – £65k base (depending on how much of a weapon you are on the tools)
  • Big commission, uncapped and built to reward high performers
  • Clear route to leadership – no vague promises, just real steps
  • 2 days a week WFH – flexibility that doesn’t feel like a perk, just standard
  • A seriously supportive management team who’ve done the job and still get it
  • Tools, training, and environment built to help you win – no nonsense, no fluff

We’re not looking for just anyone. We want someone who’s already flying, but knows they could go further with the right backing. Sound like you? Let’s have a chat – no pressure, no pitch. Just a real conversation about whether this is your next move.
