One of the most respected technology recruitment firms in the market is looking for a Head of Permanent Recruitment to build and scale a high-performing perm function within their already dominant US-focused business. This is a 35-head, contract-heavy agency that’s built an incredible platform – now ready to go all in on permanent. They already have two high-performing recruiters placing into the US Data & AI market, and you’ll take ownership of that function from day one while shaping the wider growth strategy.
You’ll be supported directly by the Founders (each of whom has scaled multiple high-growth recruitment businesses before) and backed by an elite culture where $900k+ billers, industry-leading incentives, and high performance standards are the norm.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead, coach, and scale the permanent division from 2 heads to 10+ within 12–18 months
- Work closely with senior leadership to define growth strategy, market focus, and structure
- Develop and execute plans to dominate the US Data & AI perm market, leveraging an already-established contract client base
- Hands-on billing leadership — setting the tone with your own performance and client wins
- Build a best-in-class candidate and client experience that matches the firm’s elite standards
