About the Company
Our client is a well-known and rapidly growing recruitment agency, highly regarded in the tech recruitment space. The company has a team of four highly successful permanent billers and is looking for an experienced Head of Permanent Recruitment to lead and drive the growth of their permanent recruitment division.
Role Overview
As Head of Permanent Recruitment, you will be responsible for the leadership and strategic direction of the permanent recruitment team, focused on expanding the UK and Europe markets. Your key responsibility will be to scale the existing permanent team, refine and implement recruitment strategies, and leverage the business’s success to push for further growth and high performance in the permanent recruitment space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of 4 permanent billers, providing mentorship, guidance, and development opportunities
- Set clear targets and KPIs for the team to drive results, focusing on growing permanent placements across the UK and Europe
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align the permanent recruitment strategy with the company’s overall growth plan
- Identify opportunities for improvement in recruitment processes and continuously seek ways to increase efficiency and output
- Build relationships with key clients and candidates, ensuring exceptional service and market-leading recruitment practices
- Play a pivotal role in the company’s strategy to expand its permanent recruitment offerings
About You:
- Significant experience in recruitment, with a proven track record in managing and scaling permanent recruitment teams
- Deep understanding of the recruitment industry, particularly in tech, and the ability to translate this expertise into success for your team
