We’re representing a leading 60-person technology recruitment business with a strong track record across the UK and international markets. They are looking to appoint a Head of Contract Recruitment to take ownership of their contract division.
This is a senior leadership role combining hands‑on client development with team leadership. You’ll be responsible for shaping the strategy, driving performance, and winning key accounts across high‑growth technology markets.
The role:
- Lead, manage and inspire a contract team of consultants in London
- Drive client acquisition and growth across the UK technology contract market
- Take ownership of P&L performance for the contract division
- Develop high‑performance culture, mentoring both established billers and junior consultants
- Partner with the board to define and deliver growth strategy
- Proven track record in contract recruitment within technology markets
- Strong leadership experience – ability to motivate, upskill and scale a team
- Demonstrated success in winning and developing client relationships
- Commercially driven, strategic, and able to operate at board level
