  • Willingness to travel within the UK and internationally.
  • Ideally, a full UK driving licence.
  • Ideally, some level of professional experience working in a consulting or engineering environment.

Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated fast learner to join our team as a Business Consultant / Project Manager.

Your primary role will be to support your fellow team members and Exotopic’s customers to deliver impactful projects with maximum quality and efficiency within a high tempo environment.

This role requires a team player, who is willing to step-up and take action whilst maintaining high professional standards.

You must be an extremely strong communicator, organised and resilient to be successful in this role.

You will often be working with significant levels of technical information and knowledgeable individuals, and therefore your ability to rapidly learn and manage complex information is critical.

You will be working on projects across space, quantum and defence sectors, from business acceleration and investment to technical analysis, R&D and operations.

You must be willing to take on a variety of roles and gain knowledge and experience across a broad range of tasks.

You must be able to work both autonomously for extended periods and as part of a high performance team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage work packages and projects, supporting delivery teams.
  • Produce a range of content and deliverables from communications pieces to technical reports.
  • Organise and deliver events and workshops.
  • Support the wider team and organisation to maintain and improve Exotopic operations.
  • Deliver presentations and participate in events and conferences.
  • Regularly report progress and provide information to the Exotopic team.
  • Support outreach activities.
