Job Summary:
Exos is hiring a Tactical Massage Therapist to work with military personnel to prevent potential injuries associated with flying and maneuvering aircraft. This is a great opportunity to gain valuable resume building experience in a tactical setting while working with fighter Aircrew to optimize their physical readiness, focusing on neck and back pain, and long-term health. Tactical Massage Therapists will work as part of a multi-disciplinary performance team and perform the following duties:
- Evaluate and provide massage therapy treatments as part of a prehabilitative and recovery program
- Administers appropriate treatment as indicated. Instructs, motivates, and assists Aircrew to achieve their goals
- Documents work performed in approved electronic record systems
- Comply with all DHA, DoD, and MTF protocols
- Interacts and consults with other human performance services
- Educate Aircrew and leadership on injury prevention, ergonomics, and recovery strategies

- Graduated from an accredited Massage Therapy certification program.
- Current and unrestricted license or certification from the U.S. jurisdiction where services are provided. If OCONUS location, from any US state or territory.
- 2+ years of full-time experience as a Massage Therapist in a medical practice setting or in collegiate (or higher), professional, or tactical athletics; aerospace industry, test pilot/astronaut or similar man-machine high performance environment.
- Current CPR certification including AED certification.
- Current (or ability to obtain and maintain) Secret security clearance (T3 background investigation).
- A full-time schedule that supports work-life balance
