Exos, a leader in human performance, is seeking a Senior Performance Manager to oversee APAC and EMEA regional teams and wellness centers.

You will drive excellence, support a global wellbeing program, and align operations with client strategy.

In this role, you will lead onsite teams across the United Kingdom and India, ensure cohesive experiences, mentor staff, and deliver data-driven results.

Travel to Manchester quarterly and India 2–4 times per year will be required.
