We're seeking an experienced Senior Performance Manager to oversee our APAC and EMEA regional teams and wellness centers, fostering a culture of excellence and growth. In this management role, you will work closely with the Dedicated Account Manager to support a global wellbeing program and drive continuity and operational excellence that support the client's overall vision and strategy.

Responsibilities:
- Serve as the lead of the APAC and EMEA region and the primary day-to-day contact for client operation in that region, maintaining proactive communication to ensure client goals are consistently met.
- Provide consistent coaching and mentoring to the onsite Exos teams operating multiple locations throughout the United Kingdom and India.
- Ensure operational excellence and a cohesive experience across multiple locations.
- Partner with the client to lead a variety of engagement activities, such as educational events, wellness fairs, and informational sessions.
- Oversee site-level implementation of operational and staffing plans, ensuring alignment with contractual obligations and program quality.
- Conduct performance evaluations for site staff, maintain documentation, and foster a positive and supportive team culture.
- Evaluate site-level operations, team performance, and client metrics to ensure alignment with Exos and/or client objectives.
- Oversee the strategic implementation and evaluation of innovative and integrated fitness and wellness initiatives that optimize user experience, measurably contribute to client health and productivity objectives, and result in improved outcomes.
- Lead evaluation of program and performance effectiveness to demonstrate impact in alignment with agreed upon client objectives, and company objectives.
- Manage outcome reporting cadence and deliver comprehensive results to the client.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology, Sports Science, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- High energy and genuine passion for helping clients achieve their goals.
- Must be able to travel to Manchester quarterly and India 2-4 times per year.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum of three (3) years of strength coaching or personal training experience.
- Minimum of five (5) years of leadership experience in a corporate wellness setting.
