Exos is seeking a dedicated Performance Coach to join our Manchester team.
You will guide clients through assessments, training plans, and hands-on coaching, delivering Exos methodologies to drive engagement and outcomes.
You will build strong relationships with clients and employers, lead group fitness sessions, and contribute to staff education and program design.
A two-year coaching track record, BA in kinesiology or related field, and CPR/AED/First Aid certification are required.
