We're supporting our client, Exolum, a global leader in fuel logistics and aviation infrastructure, in the search for an experienced HSSEQ Manager to lead safety, compliance and operational assurance activities across a critical airport fuel operation.
This is a key leadership role responsible for driving a positive safety culture, ensuring regulatory compliance, leading audits and investigations, and delivering continuous improvement across health, safety, security, environment and quality.
Key Requirements
- Previous HSE, HSSEQ or operational risk experience
- Strong knowledge of audits, investigations and compliance
- Background in aviation, fuel, logistics, manufacturing, energy, chemical or other high-hazard industries
- Ability to engage stakeholders and influence safe working practices
