We are looking for a new Mechanical Technician in our site in Grangemouth with some travel across Scotland & Ireland. You will be responsible for providing mechanical support to the terminal through ensuring that all mechanical preventive and corrective maintenance tasks are suitably planned, actioned and/or mitigated. While you ensure that maintenance is planned and executed in line with company expectations, policies, procedures and guidance you will also be supporting plant operations whilst maximizing plant availability through effective best practice maintenance.
As a time served mechanical maintenance technician you will possess a relevant apprenticeship with associated qualifications and preferably a mechanical COMPEX qualification. With significant industrial experience in mechanical equipment and systems you will have worked as part of or led a maintenance team and be proficient in mechanical isolations and safe systems of work.
