Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented
BIM Modeler with a strong engineering orientation to join our team and take part in drafting, producing, and maintaining engineering models for infrastructure projects- from initial setup through final client delivery.
The role involves working with
- Civil 3D and complementary
- BIM/CAD tools, adhering to
Exodigo standards and required formats, and close collaboration with Mapping and Delivery teams in a multidisciplinary environment.
Responsibilities
- Drafting and producing engineering models using Civil 3D and additional complementary tools in accordance with project requirements.
- Full responsibility for implementing models in compliance with Exodigo standards and client-required formats.
- Updating, maintaining, and improving existing models based on design changes or project/client needs.
- Working with a variety of engineering and BIM software, including Civil 3D, Auto CAD, Infra Works, Revit, Bentley, and Micro Station, as well as any additional tools required.
- Ensuring high execution quality, engineering accuracy, and quality control (QA/QC) prior to delivery.
- Managing tasks according to approved project schedules (Gantt) and meeting critical deadlines.
- Documenting processes and continuously improving/developing workflows, templates, and standards.

- Hands-on experience working with engineering/infrastructure models and/or BIM.
- Proficiency in Civil 3D and Auto CAD.
- Experience working with Bentley / Micro Station.
- Strong spatial understanding and ability to read and interpret engineering plans and drawings.
- Ability to work independently with strong organization skills, attention to detail, and a sense of ownership.
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal communication skills in a multidisciplinary environment.
- Good level of technical English (software interfaces and documentation).
- Preferred (but Not Required)
- Experience in infrastructure projects (roads, railways, drainage, underground utilities, etc.).
- Experience working with Infra Works / Revit .
- Familiarity with QA/QC processes and drafting standards.
