EXO CLAIMS RECRUITMENT are delighted to be working with a dynamic and forward-thinking legal firm. Due to continued growth, our client is seeking talented (RTA) Personal Injury Claims Handlers. Salary: Up to £38,000 depending on level of experience - plus extensive benefits PLEASE ONLY APPLY IF YOU HAVE PREVIOUS (AND RECENT) UK BASED RTA PERSONAL INJURY CLAIMS EXPERIENCE. THIS ROLE IS HYRID WORKING (AFTER PROBATION) Job Purpose We are looking for PI handlers with experience of supporting on caseload management of high-volume RTA Fast Track claims. You must be able to assist the delivery of a robust claims handling process – with a key focus on client outcomes and fee generation. Key Duties and Responsibilities Pro-actively assisting in the progression of high-volume caseload of Fast Track Personal Injury RTA claims in line with agreed internal procedures and practices. This supporting role involves aiding in litigation processes to help generate fee income and contribute to the overall success of the business. Making use of the firm’s Case Management Systems, postholders will assist on the identification of cases where proceedings would be tactically beneficial and support the progression of such cases accordingly.
