LED Community Leisure is looking for a motivated Leisure Manager to take the helm at Exmouth Leisure Centre. This is an exciting
opportunity to lead a thriving facility, ensuring operational excellence while fostering a strong community-focused approach., As Leisure Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of Exmouth Leisure Centre, ensuring it operates safely,
efficiently, and successfully. Key responsibilities include:
Operational Leadership – Overseeing the day-to-day running of the centre, ensuring a high-quality and engaging leisure
experience for all users.
Team Development – Leading and inspiring a high-performing team, supporting their growth and professional development.
Health & Safety Compliance – Ensuring all safety regulations and industry standards are met.
Commercial Success – Driving membership growth, increasing revenue, and identifying business development opportunities.
Community Engagement – Building relationships with local stakeholders, sports clubs, and organisations to expand service reach.
This role requires a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, able to balance commercial success with a strong commitment to
community well-being.

Experience in leisure or fitness management, including staff leadership and facility operations.
Strong commercial acumen, with a track record of delivering financial performance and driving growth.
Excellent people skills, able to inspire teams and create an outstanding customer experience.
Health & Safety expertise, with a solid understanding of industry regulations and compliance.
A passion for promoting active, healthy lifestyles in the community.
A degree in Leisure Management or equivalent qualifications, along with fitness or health & safety certifications, would be
advantageous.
