Exmouth Community College in Exmouth, Devon, is seeking a Behaviour Support Lead to support the management of the behaviour support rooms and help our students meet high expectations.

Working as part of the Culture and Behaviour team, you will contribute to a calm, productive environment and ensure pupils receive the support they need.

This full-time role is permanent and aligned with term-time hours (36.25 hours across 38 weeks per year).
