We are now looking for a Corporate Administration Officer to join us on a full-time, permanent basis, working 37 hours per week (part-time hours considered).

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator from a business, legal or executive background to join us. The Role

As a Corporate Administration Officer, you will provide high-quality administrative support, helping ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of our corporate services and leadership team. Supporting the Chief Executive, Leadership Team and Senior Officers, you'll co-ordinate meetings, travel, correspondence and stakeholder communications, whilst helping to monitor key organisational priorities and maintain accurate records. You'll also support a range of corporate and governance activities, helping to co-ordinate statutory processes, maintain corporate records and provide administrative support for Committees, working groups and panels, ensuring everything is delivered efficiently and in accordance with statutory requirements.

Additionally, you will:

  • Organise meetings, conferences, workshops and travel arrangements
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
  • Maintain corporate registers, records and official documentation
  • Support statutory and governance processes
  • Proofread policies, reports, strategies, correspondence and statutory responses
  • Collate information to support organisational reporting

About You

To be considered as a Corporate Administration Officer, you will need:

  • An A-level, NVQ Level 3/4 or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, Executive/PA Studies, Legal Studies or a related subject
  • Experience working in business, legal and/or executive administration
  • Experience organising travel arrangements and supporting senior stakeholders
  • Good knowledge of business and governance legal frameworks, ideally within a local government or public sector environment
  • A strong understanding of office systems, administrative processes and diary, email and meeting management
  • Knowledge of data protection, confidentiality and political awareness
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, including Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams and SharePoint
  • Confidence using digital productivity tools, including AI-assisted applications
