Exmoor National Park is a unique and beautiful part of the country. Our vision is that Exmoor remains a beautiful landscape, leading the response to climate change and nature recovery, a welcoming place for all, as well as a great place to live, work and do business.

Exmoor's woodland is a mix of deeply incised wooded valleys, wild ancient coastal woodlands, verdant temperate rainforest, designed picturesque, wooded landscapes, rare and veteran trees, old estate woodlands and more recent productive conifer plantations; all contribute to a place of exceptional arboreal quality.

We want to ensure our existing trees and woodlands continue to do this but provide a deeper and wider range of benefits through increased areas under appropriate management, intervention and protection and that people connect with trees, woods and forests in a meaningful way.

We are now looking for a Temperate Rainforest Recovery Officer to join us on a full-time basis for a three year fixed-term contract.
