The Sales Director is a full-time, on-site role based in Battersea, responsible for leading and executing the company's commercial strategy across key channels, including high-end restaurants, hotels, retailers, and distributors. Qualifications

- Demonstrated expertise in Team Management, including hiring, coaching, setting objectives, and performance management for sales teams.

- Experience in premium or luxury FMCG, foodservice, or hospitality industries is highly advantageous.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills, comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and culinary professionals.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent commercial experience.
