The Sales Director is a full-time, on-site role based in Battersea, responsible for leading and executing the company's commercial strategy across key channels, including high-end restaurants, hotels, retailers, and distributors. This role involves managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting and relationship building to negotiation, closing, and account growth. The Sales Director will oversee sales operations, set and track targets, maintain accurate forecasting and reporting, and ensure strong collaboration with production, marketing, and logistics teams.
