You will own day-to-day delivery of order-to-cash and revenue accounting services, leading a UK-based delivery team and acting as the client's single operational contact.
This hands-on leadership role starts with deep-dive work: SOP creation, knowledge transfer, and building a quality and reporting framework from scratch, with travel to client sites as needed.
