We’re hiring: VP Insurance Client Partner – Personal Lines
London | Hybrid | Reporting to: SVP, Head of Insurance
EXL’s Insurance team is transforming the operations of some of the world’s largest insurance groups — blending deep domain expertise with customer intelligence, dynamic analytics, AI, automation, and digital innovation. We’re looking for a VP Insurance Client Partner with a passion for growth, transformation, and insurance excellence to work with leading Tier 1 Personal Lines insurers.
What You’ll Do
- Manage strategic relationships with Heads of Transformation, Change and Operations Directors.
- Partner with Tier 1 insurance clients to deliver outsourcing and digital transformation solutions.
- Develop and execute detailed account growth plans aligned to client strategy.
- Identify opportunities for expansion across policy, claims, analytics and underwriting.
- Build and orchestrate a partner network to solve client challenges in a scalable and impactful way.
What You Bring
- 10+ years of experience in consulting or BPO/BPM, focused on Personal Lines Insurance.
- Proven success in senior account management across complex insurance landscapes.
- Deep understanding of claims, underwriting, analytics, policy ops and emerging digital trends.
- Strong executive presence, commercial awareness, and stakeholder engagement skills.
