What You’ll Do:
  • Grow and manage existing client accounts, ensuring high client satisfaction and engagement.
  • Identify and develop new banking clients, expanding EXL’s market presence.
  • Deliver consultative, value-led sales using EXL’s capabilities in analytics, AI, digital, and BPO.
  • Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and successful handover to delivery.
  • Engage with senior stakeholders (CDOs, CROs, COOs, CIOs, etc.) to build long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align client needs with EXL’s solutions.
