This role requires a commercially minded and technically strong Solutions Lead to shape and lead end-to-end solutioning for complex RFPs and strategic deals across the Energy & Utilities, Telecom, and Travel, Transportation & Logistics (TTL) sectors. The role combines deep domain expertise with advanced capabilities in AI, automation, analytics, and cloud to design scalable, digital-first solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes. You will work closely with sales, delivery, and technology teams to translate client challenges into compelling, value-led propositions, underpinned by robust solution architectures.

The position demands strong experience in global delivery models, the ability to operate within regulated environments, and a proven track record of influencing senior stakeholders and winning large, complex engagements.

As part of your duties, you will be responsible for:

  • Lead the solutioning and technical response for BPM-related RFPs, RFIs, and proposals in the Energy & Utilities, Telecom & TTL industry.
  • Collaborate with sales, delivery, product, and technology teams to design end-to-end solutions that align with client needs and strategic goals.
  • Translate complex business requirements into digital-first BPM solutions leveraging automation, AI/ML, analytics, and cloud platforms.
  • Develop solution blueprints, architecture diagrams, and value propositions tailored to Energy & Utilities, Telecom & TTL clients.
  • Present solutions to internal stakeholders and clients through orals, workshops, and demos.
  • Stay current with industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies in Energy & Utilities, Telecom & TTL industry.
  • Support cost modeling, risk assessment, and transition planning for proposed solutions.
  • Contribute to the development of reusable assets, accelerators, and best practices.

Qualifications and experience we consider to be essential for the role:

  • Experience working with global delivery teams and offshore models.
  • Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements in the Energy & Utilities, Telecom & TTL industry.
  • Strong analytical and storytelling skills to craft compelling value propositions.
  • Proven experience in Energy & Utilities, Telecom & TTL domain processes, systems, and regulatory environments.
  • Strong understanding of BPM platforms (e.g. Appian), AI/ML, RPA, and data analytics.
  • Experience in crafting responses for large, complex RFPs and client engagements.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with cloud ecosystems (AWS, Azure, GCP) and data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, etc.).
  • Master’s degree in business administration.
  • 12+ years of experience in digital transformation, or solution architecture roles particularly in Energy & Utilities, Telecom & TTL industry.
