As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and hiring high-quality talent to support the organisation’s growth and success. You will work as part of a Talent Acquisition team recruiting for roles across the UK and Ireland.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Strategic Recruitment: Collaborate with hiring managers and department leaders to understand talent needs, job requirements, and team dynamics. Develop and execute recruitment strategies that align with organisational goals and market trends.
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilise various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and direct outreach, to identify and attract qualified candidates.
- Candidate Assessment: Review resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and evaluate candidates against job requirements.
- Diversity and Inclusion: Champion diversity and inclusion efforts within the recruitment process.
- Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain relationships with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Collaboration and Communication: Partner with cross-functional teams across various geographies to align recruitment efforts with business objectives.
- Market Insights: Stay current with industry trends, market intelligence, and best practices in talent acquisition.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement within the recruitment lifecycle and propose solutions to streamline and enhance efficiency.
- Weekly Reporting: Prepare and present weekly recruitment reports to provide insights into key recruitment metrics, progress, and challenges.
- Onboarding: Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires.
- Partnership with HR: Work closely with HR to align recruitment efforts with overall talent management and workforce planning strategies.
Qualifications and experience we consider to be essential for the role:
- 3–8 years of talent acquisition or recruitment consulting experience.
- Proven ability to work closely with hiring managers to understand requirements.
- Experience in recruitment administration and reporting.
- Strong calendar management skills.
- Proficiency in utilising diverse recruitment techniques, platforms, and AI tools.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
