We are looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious Market Research / Junior Business Analyst to join our growing team in London. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with around one year's experience who enjoys research, creating presentations and supporting business growth. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to research market trends, support client proposals and help develop new ideas across EXL's Data and AI business.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct market and competitor research across a range of industries.
  • Analyse research and present findings in a clear and concise way.
  • Create professional PowerPoint presentations for internal and client use.
  • Support the preparation of RFPs (Request for Proposal) and client documents.
  • Research market trends, emerging technologies and AI developments.
  • Use AI tools to support research and generate ideas.
  • Work with colleagues across the business on a variety of projects.
  • Support ad hoc research and reporting activities.

Qualifications and experience we consider to be essential for the role

  • Around 1 year's professional experience in market research, business support, administration, marketing, sales support or a similar role.
  • A degree is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Confident working with senior stakeholders.
  • Eager to learn, proactive and willing to get stuck in.
