EXL’s Insurance (Broker and London Markets) team is successfully transforming the London Market in alignment with the new Lloyd’s digitisation standards Blueprint 2.0 leveraging deep domain expertise, customer intelligence, dynamic analytics, artificial intelligence, automation and other digital tools, paving the way for a richer, more integrated and personalised user experience.

What the role entails:

  • Build and nurture a strong network and connect with Heads of Transformation, Heads of Change, Operations Directors in the assigned portfolio
  • Work with large Brokers, Underwriters and MGAs in the Lloyds market to deliver annual revenue and gross margin goals and ensure client satisfaction results.
  • Integrate and align with the Blueprint 2.0 standards helping customers with large digital transformation plans and deployment
  • Orchestrate an external partnership network to deliver best in class solutions to client problems across the London Insurance market
  • Invest time in developing a deep understanding of the client’s strategy and critical business challenges and map this to a detailed plan.
