We're looking for a commercially minded Client Partner to grow and expand strategic enterprise accounts across the Retail, Consumer Goods (CPG) and Manufacturing sectors. This is a relationship-led growth role, focused on developing existing client partnerships, expanding into new business units and buying centres, and identifying opportunities to deliver greater value through Finance & Accounting Transformation, Data, AI and Analytics solutions. Success in this role comes from building trusted executive relationships, understanding client priorities and turning existing client relationships into long-term, high-growth partnerships.
As part of your duties, you will be responsible for:
- Own and grow a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts across Retail, CPG and Manufacturing.
- Develop trusted relationships with senior stakeholders including CFOs, Finance Directors, Chief Digital Officers and Chief Supply Chain Officers.
- Expand existing client relationships by identifying new buying centres, cross-selling services and increasing EXL's share of wallet.
- Build and execute strategic account growth plans aligned to each client's business priorities.
- Position Finance & Accounting Transformation, Data, AI, Analytics and Digital solutions to solve complex business challenges.
- Work closely with Consulting, Solution and Delivery teams to develop compelling client solutions and drive long-term growth.
- Lead executive account reviews and become a trusted strategic advisor to your clients.
Qualifications and experience we consider to be essential for the role:
- Proven experience growing strategic enterprise accounts through cross-sell, upsell and executive relationship management.
- Strong Retail, Consumer Goods (CPG) or Manufacturing domain expertise.
- Experience selling or expanding Finance & Accounting Transformation, Business Process Services, Analytics, AI or Digital Transformation solutions.
- Demonstrable success growing accounts from a small initial footprint into significant strategic partnerships.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders.
- Experience developing strategic account plans that deliver measurable revenue growth.
- A consultative, relationship-led approach, with a strong commercial mindset and a passion for creating long-term client value.
